1/2 tsp. Paprika Pinch of Salt and Pepper 1 lb. Medium Carrots, peeled and halved lengthwise 1 tbsp. Fresh Cilantro, choppedPreheat oven to 450 degrees. Arrange carrots in a single layer on non-stick baking sheet. Mix spices together and sprinkle over carrots. Bake for 25 minutes or until tender; stir after 12 minutes of baking. Sprinkle with cilantro before serving.
